Refund and Returns Policy

The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and/or package insurance.

You are not required to obtain a return authorization number, but you must include your order number with the product(s) being sent back for return/refund. We strongly recommend insuring the package being returned as well as obtaining a tracking number. We will not be held responsible for returned packages that are lost or items damaged in transit by carriers.

Products that are sold with owners manuals, operating/assembly instructions, stickers, documents or accessories of any kind must be returned with all of the accompanying items. Returns sent without these items may be rejected and returned to the customer at their cost.

We strongly recommend using the same packaging your item(s) were sent to you in, to be used for return.

Please confirm you’re sending items back to the correct seller. We are not responsible for items sent to us that were not originally purchased from Sikes.

*All products must be returned in their original packaging to protect the integrity of the products, If your shipping parcel was damaged in transit, please notify a customer service representative.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

Once an order is placed, we cannot add items to the order. Please note that all orders will be shipped as placed. Sending an email asking us to add an item to your order is not feasible due to the fact that we have no control over your financial commitments.

Incorrect Shipping Address: PLEASE ensure the proper shipping address is used before placing your order. If you provide the wrong shipping address when placing your order, you are responsible for re-routing the package appropriately. Sikes is not responsible financially or physically for packages sent to the provided address, even if it’s not your intended destination.

EXCHANGES

Due to inventory fluctuations, we will unfortunately not be able to exchange item(s). If the item(s) that you are looking for is in stock, you can simply order the item(s) you want and return the item(s) you don’t, for a full refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to get your order processed and shipped as soon as possible. If you would like to cancel, please call us asap and we will do our best to cancel the order before it ships. Attempting to cancel an order via email may result in the order shipping before the email is reviewed. If an order is shipped that you would like to cancel, simply return the order for a full refund.
